Với tinh thần đoàn kết, tương thân tương ái, trong những ngày cuối tháng 7 vừa qua, HACOM đã triển khai một hoạt động hết sức ý nghĩa đó là: Trao tặng 01 xe máy Honda cùng 8 phần quà bằng tiền mặt, mỗi phần quà trị giá 3 triệu đồng cho các CBNV có hoàn cảnh kinh tế đặc biệt khó khăn trong công ty.
Các phòng ban, chi nhánh có nhân viên được nhận hỗ trợ bao gồm: Phòng Kinh doanh online; Phòng Kho vận; Phòng kế toán; Chi nhánh Hai Bà Trưng; Chi nhánh Đống Đa; Chi nhánh Đông Anh và chi nhánh Q7. Theo đó, toàn bộ chi phí cho hoạt động này được trích từ Quỹ Nhân Ái của công ty.
Trên cơ sở trích lập từ lợi nhuận hàng năm của công ty cùng với việc vận động đóng góp tự nguyện, kế thừa những truyền thống tốt đẹp trong nhiều năm qua, Quỹ Nhân Ái chính thức được thành lập vào tháng 1 năm 2022 với mục đích hỗ trợ cho những CBNV có hoàn cảnh kinh tế đặc biệt khó khăn; hoặc bệnh tật hiểm nghèo, ốm đau điều trị dài ngày; những trường hợp không may gặp rủi ro khi đang làm việc; trường hợp gia đình CBNV đang ở vùng bị thiên tai tàn phá nặng nề; tri ân các gia đình CBNV trong diện Thương binh Liệt sĩ;…
Từ khi thành lập cho đến nay, Quỹ Nhân Ái đã góp phần hỗ trợ cho CBNV có hoàn cảnh khó khăn hoặc không may khi gặp rủi ro nghề nghiệp trong quá trình làm việc tại công ty, động viên – chia sẻ người lao động phần nào yên tâm để tiếp tục công tác.
Có thể thấy, đây là một hoạt động vô cùng thiết thực, thể hiện nét văn hóa doanh nghiệp mang đậm tính nhân văn tại HACOM. Hi vọng những giá trị này sẽ tiếp tục được đông đảo cán bộ nhân viên tại công ty hưởng ứng, duy trì và phát triển để Quỹ Nhân Ái có thể triển khai được nhiều hoạt động ý nghĩa hơn trong thời gian tới!
