Thực hiện Kế hoạch số 17/KH-LĐLĐ ngày 17/5/2023 của LĐLĐ Thành phố Hà Nội. Căn cứ kế hoạch số 12/KH-LĐLĐ của Liên đoàn Lao động quận Hai Bà Trưng về việc biểu dương “Gia đình CNVCLĐ Thủ đô tiêu biểu” năm 2023. Công đoàn HACOM tổ chức bình chọn, biểu dương “Gia đình CNVCLĐ tiêu biểu” năm 2023.
Theo đó CBNV tiêu biểu đạt thành tích cao trong lao động, sản xuất, công tác, học tập và giúp đỡ cộng đồng; nuôi dạy con ngoan, học giỏi; xây dựng gia đình no ấm, tiến bộ, hạnh phúc; thực sự là tổ ấm của mỗi người, là tế bào lành mạnh của xã hội sẽ được các phòng, ban, chi nhánh bình chọn và gửi danh sách cho BCH công đoàn xét duyệt.
Việc bình chọn, biểu dương “Gia đình CNVCLĐ tiêu biểu” năm 2023 đảm bảo công bằng, dân chủ, đúng tiêu chuẩn có tác dụng nêu gương để các gia đình khác học tập.
Số lượng được phân bổ cho công đoàn cơ sở HACOM là 04 gia đình.
1/ Đối tượng
Cán bộ, nhân viên là đoàn viên Công đoàn đang làm việc và có trong danh sách công đoàn Cty HACOM.
2/ Tiêu chuẩn
– Gia đình hòa thuận, hạnh phúc, trong 3 năm gần đây được công nhận là “Gia đình văn hóa”.
– Các thành viên trong gia đình, nếu đang công tác tại các cơ quan, đơn vị, doanh nghiệp được đánh giá hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ.
– Các con trong độ tuổi đi học chăm ngoan, học giỏi.
– Được tập thể CNVCLĐ cơ quan, đơn vị, doanh nghiệp bình xét, suy tôn.
* Hồ sơ khen thưởng:
– Danh sách trích ngang các gia đình CNVCLĐ tiêu biểu đề nghị khen thưởng (theo mẫu) gửi về BCH công đoàn HACOM trước ngày 10/8/2023.
– Kèm 01 ảnh có đầy đủ các thành viên trong gia đình
Nếu số hồ sơ đề suất vượt quá số lượng được phân bổ (04 gia đình) BCH công đoàn HACOM sẽ xem xét và quyết định.
